As a parent and secondary school teacher, I know the limitations within the classroom and the worries surrounding the education of our children: from SATs grades that are used as performance indicators at secondary level, entry exams into selective schools and success at GCSE.

As a private tutor, 87% of my students have passed entrance exams into super-selective state and private schools within the West London and Surrey areas; the other 13% have benefited greatly from the extension work. I have also contributed to increased performance in SATs results and GCSE English and Mathematics through tailored tuition that mirrors the expectations and requirements of exam boards. These results are not only a testament that my approach works but, more importantly, parent feedback has shown that students enjoy our sessions, are academically stretched and gain confidence in their abilities. I am primarily focusing on the 10+, pre-plus,11+ and 13+ but am happy to discuss and direct you if you have any other needs in the area of Mathematics and English.
